Adalvo is thrilled to announce that we have entered into a strategic collaboration deal with Naari Pharma, a vertically integrated women’s health pharmaceutical business, based in Bangalore, India.
In our strategic collaboration we have signed an agreement pertaining to 12 products, that will enable Adalvo to offer a wide-basket of oral contraceptive and hormonal replacement products, at a global level.
These assets will be readily available, with a very competitive manufacturing background, allowing Adalvo to enter into this market instantly. Moreover, having Naari as a key partner will further boost our potential of accessing difficult-to-make segments of the industry, such as hormones.
