Jaime Isern

Jaime is leading the legal function at Adalvo. Over the course of his 10-year career, Jaime has gained extensive experience in negotiating various agreements  associated with the Pharmaceutical industry. Within Adalvo, Jaime is responsible for drafting and reviewing all types of contracts for pharmaceutical products (such as in/out licensing, co-development and distribution agreements) and providing assistance towards the negotiation process. Jaime plays an important role in contract discussions and has assisted to secure over 100 deals per year for Adalvo since his arrival.  

Before joining Adalvo in 2020, he previously served as Legal Advisor for Accord Healthcare and Intas Pharmaceuticals where he provided legal advice on contractual and corporate matters. He also served as lawyer in PwC and Spanish IP law firm P&T Intellectual Property.
